Westland Rose Food 1 kg

Westland Rose Food 1 kg

Westland Rose Food enriched with horse manure from Westland Garden Health. This contains the key nutrients roses need to produce a fantastic show of beautiful blooms. Gardeners have long known that roses love manure and now there's this, simple, mess-free way to reap the benefits. 1 kg.

How to use:

Established roses - Use 25-50g per rose bush, scattering the pellets evenly over the soil around the base of the plant. Work the pellets into the soil and water if dry to encourage the feed to start working.

For best results we recommend a first feed in spring once the roses have started into new growth, to ensure a first flush of quality blooms. A second feed in summer after the first flush of flowers has faded, to encourage even more blooms to form.

New roses - When planting new roses, incorporating Westland Rose Food into the planting soil will ensure they establish fully and quickly develop into healthy, bountiful plants. Mix 25-50g of Westland Rose Food into the soil at the bottom of the planting hole.

Sulphur Rose 250g

Sulphur Rose 250g

Sulphur is the natural enemy of black spot and powdery mildew on roses. Before the 1968 Clean Air Act Sulphur levels in the atmosphere were a lot higher so as a result of this the diseases on roses were very uncommon. Sulphur Rose is very effective in protecting your roses against these unsightly diseases and getting the best from your roses.

In early spring roses should be sprayed thoroughly giving the rose a protective sulphur film in which the fungal spores are unable to germinate. This will then eliminate the attack. During the flowering season roses should be sprayed every month and reapplied if there's heavy rainfall.

One 250g box of Sulphur Rose will treat 20 roses for a whole season.
