Product DeliveriesWe will do our utmost to post roses as near to a specified delivery date as possible. However, because deliveries are fulfilled by third party couriers, delivery on a specified date cannot be guaranteed.
Consult your telephone operator for the most up to date call charges for calling our Order Hotline, and fax number before using them. Calls may be monitored or recorded.

Product GuaranteesBare Rooted Rose Guarantee - We will replace any rose purchased in the autumn which has not grown (shown leaf or bud) by the 1st June, provided we are satisfied that the rose was cared for and planted in an appropriate manner. No replacements or refunds can be given if loss is due to abnormal or extreme weather conditions, bad planting, lack of maintenance, neglect, planting in old rose beds and any other conditions beyond our control.
Potted Rose Guarantee - Our potted Roses are sold with a six week guarantee. We will replace any rose purchased which has not grown during this six week period, provided we are satisfied that the rose was cared for and planted in an appropriate manner. No replacements or refunds can be given if loss is due to abnormal or extreme weather conditions, bad planting, lack of maintenance, neglect, planting in old rose beds and any other conditions beyond our control.

Product AvailabilityPotted Standards, Half Standards and Quarter Standards are not available by Mail Order. They are, however, available from our Garden Centres all year round.
Potted and Bare Rooted Weeping Standards are not available by Mail Order as they are too tall to dispatch. They are, however, available from our Garden Centres all year round.
Orders for Bare Rooted Roses and Hedging, for planting in autumn and winter, are accepted throughout the year. We usually start lifting in late October and customers are advised in rotation when their order is ready, so we can not guarantee when your order will be dispatched - for more information please call our Order Hotline on 01622 861477 or send us an e-mail, where we will be able to give you more information.
All orders are subject to availability of stock at the time the order is placed; items that are out of stock will either be substituted or refunded if payment has been made.

Privacy PolicyRumwood Nurseries & Garden Centre do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Complaints and RefundsIf you wish to make a complaint having taken delivery of our products, you must inform us in writing or by e-mail within three days of receipt. In the event of a request to provide a replacement plant or a refund, we will either need photographs of the plants concerned or for the items to be returned at the cost to the customer.
You have the right to a full refund if you cancel your order prior to dispatch. Refunds are at the discretion of the management of Rumwood Nurseries & Garden Centre.
